Registering for an event with Grenadine is very simple. In some cases, event planners may have chosen to forego using a “shopping cart” feature to allow for a quick check out process.
If this is the case you will be able to register, as usual, however, no shopping cart will appear in the top righthand corner of the event website.
You will still receive a confirmation message upon completing registration as well as a confirmation email.
The shopping cart has been updated on the attendees’ side, and even if you chose to have it visible it will only show when it contains tickets. As shown here:
This will not have an impact on your registration process as an attendee, however, if you have noticed the shopping cart has gone “missing” this is why.
