Introduction

Attach notes to sessions keep track of important details and share information with your team.

Grenadine Event Manager -> Your event -> Schedule -> Select Session -> Notes

  1. +Add: To add a note select and follow the steps outlined below in Create Note.
  2. Edit: Edit notes by selecting the note that needs editing and clicking .
  3. Delete: To permanently delete a note select .
  4. Name: The name of the note. Be sure to make it clear and concise.
  5. Note Contents: The contents of the note will appear here.
  6. Categories: Categorize the note to further organize it and its content.

Internal notes

Grenadine also offers internal notes about sessions. These notes will only be visible to event managers using the Grenadine Event Manager software. To write an internal note, go to Grenadine Event Manager -> Your event -> Schedule -> Select Session -> Edit -> Advanced options.

Participant notes

Grenadine also offers participant notes about sessions. These notes will be visible on the website and only to participants. To write a participants note, go to Grenadine Event Manager -> Your event -> Schedule -> Select Session -> Edit -> Advanced options.
