From keeping track of the details of each organization at your event to being made aware of scheduling conflicts to monitoring ticket sales, the reports Grenadine offers you are as detailed as they are user-friendly. With drop-down options in a number of our reports, you can search for specific details within reports with ease. Our reports are available to download in a variety of formats including PDF, Word, and Excel (to names a few) making them easy to print and share if need be.
The “events” report allows you to view the fundamental information for each event they are managing with Grenadine Event Planner. The “events” report provides you with the following information:
- Event number
- Start date
- End date
- Visibility (whether or not the event is public)
- E-mail (the e-mail address that has been set-up. More information can be found here
- No. people (the number of people attending the event) By seeing the start and end dates, whether or not the event is public, the number of attendees, etc. You will know when and where to allocate resources, therefore, avoiding any unforeseen conflicts.
