Follow these steps to troubleshoot your registration process.


Although rare, the registration to ticketed session could glitch due to a variety of issues. In this case, try the following actions to troubleshoot your registration process.

Troubleshooting Process

Suppose that you click the button for a ticketed session and nothing happens. If registration is not closed and if there is still room available then this should not happen. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the process:

  • Make sure you are on the event website and then log-in. The log-in button is at the top right-hand corner of the page.

Once you log-in, follow this navigation path.

Event Website > Schedule > Your session > Sign Up

You should see the following screen pop-up:

To receive an email confirmation, click the checkbox and then select .

Notice that the button in the session page has now changed to .

This means that you have successfully signed up to the event.

If the registration is still not working try this:

  • Use another browser and re-do the registration process. We suggest using Chrome.

  • Disable pop-up blockers during your registration.

  • Take a screenshot of the status bar at the bottom of your browser screen during registration and open a support ticket. We will verify is there are any error messages.
