Introduction

This report will show an overview of or both income and expenses.

Grenadine Event Manager -> Your event -> Reports-> Finance

Income

  1. Income: This table shows all income related to this event
  2. Account/Category: The account or category to which this income is attributed to. For example “tickets”, “sponsor income”, etc. 3.Amount: The amount of income you have received.
  3. Budget: The amount budgeted.
  4. Account/Category: The account or category to which this income is attributed to. For example “tickets”, “sponsor income”, etc. a) Amount:The amount of income you have received. b)Budget: The amount budgeted.

  1. Expenses: This table will show all expenses related to the event.
  2. Account/Category: The account or category to which this expense is attributed to. For example on-site personnel, printed material, AV equipment, etc.
  3. Amount: The amount owed to vendors, speakers, etc.
  4. Budget: The amount budgeted to pay rentals, vendor fees, etc.
  5. Choose how many rows per page you wish to view.
  6. Account/Category: The account or category to which this income is attributed to. For example “tickets”, “sponsor income”, etc. a) Amount: The amount of the expense. b) Budget: The amount budgeted for this expense.
